Transparent, breathable film dressings designed to secure the catheter in challenging IV applications With notches and borders reinforced with a soft cloth fabric - to reduce edge lift and to seal around the insertion site. Tegaderm IV Film has a "frame" delivery system. Sterile soft cloth tape strips are also provided with many dressings for anchoring hubs, lumens and tubing. Waterproof - impermeable to liquids, bacteria and viruses. Provides moist wound environment for enhanced healing. Dressings conform to the body and flex with skin for greater patient comfort. Transparency allows easy monitoring of IV sites without the need to remove the dressing.
